NFL Characters Unite Premiere Party

Friday, February 8 @ 6pm

On Friday, February 8 The USA Network is premiering the second annual episode of NFL Characters Unite, a documentary-style show that teams up NFL players with kids who are resisting prejudice and discrimination.

For one segment of this episode, the Hot Metal Bridge Faith Community partnered with the Veterans Leadership Program to give two daughters of military veterans an afternoon with Troy Polamalu of the Steelers.

The girls performed "Amazing Grace" in front of a live audience at the church with a back-up band of Hot Metallers Danna Cascone, Aubrey Dulaney, Neal Leventry, Justin Nixon, and Dylan Rooke.

To celebrate the release of the show, VLP and HMBFC are teaming up to host a premiere party at the church. Snacks and drinks will be served at 6pm and we'll watch the show on the big screen at 7pm.
